Inventory Adjustments

The Adjust function performs an adjustment of the on-hand quantity for

an item. An operator is prompted for the location being adjusted then all

relevant information for completing the adjustment. Adjustments made can

be positive or negative and the quantity entered is added or subtracted from

the on-hand quantity.

1. Press the <F1> key from the Main menu to reach the Inventory menu.

2. The Inventory menu appears. Press the F6 (Adjust) key. The follow-

ing screen appears.

3. Enter the Location and press the <TAB> key.

4. Enter the Item # and press the <TAB> key.

5. Enter the UOM.

6. Press the <ENTER> key.

7. Enter the Lot in the Lot field (if applicable); enter the expiration date in

the Expires field (if applicable); enter the quantity adjustment (plus or

minus) in the Qty (+/-) field to adjust the inventory.
