Quick Start Guide

ActiveSync Work Network Connection Setting

Before you install the ISRP Batch Portable application on the handheld

device, you must have Microsoft ActiveSync installed and configured for

network communication on the PC where the handheld device(s) will be

connected. In the Microsoft ActiveSync application, click File > Connec-

tion Settings. The Connection Settings window appears.

• In the Connection Settings window, make sure the Open ActiveSync

when my device connects check box is marked.

• Click the drop-down arrow in the This computer is connected to field

and select Work Network from the list that appears.

• When Work Network is listed in the This computer is connected to

field and the Open ActiveSync when my device connects check box

is marked, click the OK button to close the Connection Settings win-

dow and save your settings.
